Hello,
We're sharing the new identity files we prepared for the studio. We can go through the color palette and logo usage together.
Best regards, Design team

Weekly working notes
Let's review this week's plan.
October documents
The documents are attached.
Welcome
You're ready to write your first message.
Everything an organization needs for email in one service: reading and writing, staying protected, reaching the inbox, managing and moving.
The setup wizard takes you all the way to your first mailbox; close the page and you pick up where you left off. Your domain and DNS stay where they are.
Type your domain; the wizard recognizes your DNS provider and your current mail provider. You prove ownership with a TXT record.
You see the records to add in a copyable table; if you use Cloudflare, Mühür Mail adds them with your approval. Checks ask your provider's authoritative name server.
Create your first address and invite your team; people set their own passwords. Mail apps find the settings on their own.
If you use another provider today, the wizard shows a migration plan: the MX record changes last, after mailboxes are created and old messages are imported.
The authentication large mailbox providers require from high-volume senders is the default for every domain on Mühür Mail. Incoming mail is checked with the same care.
Aligned SPF, DKIM and DMARC
Every message is signed with your domain's key; SPF and DMARC prove to the recipient that it really came from you.
Encrypted delivery
Outgoing connections use TLS, and the recipient's MTA-STS policy is read and enforced.
Outbound scanning and rate limits
Outgoing mail is scanned for spam and viruses; a sudden spike in volume pauses sending and alerts you and your admin.
Bounced addresses
Addresses that fail permanently go on a suppression list and are not retried, protecting your domain's reputation.
Sender verification
SPF, DKIM, DMARC and ARC are checked; the reading pane states the result in one plain line.
Content and virus scanning
Spam score, link reputation and virus scanning; executable attachments are blocked and you are warned about macro documents.
Impersonation warnings
Look-alike domains, outside senders using an internal name and mismatched reply addresses are flagged.
Quarantine and Junk
Suspicious mail is set aside by your organization's policy; marking a message "Not junk" trains the filter.
You import messages from your old provider over IMAP. The MX record changes last, and a message that arrives both ways during the switch is not duplicated.
Where we are today
The mail engine, webmail, setup wizard, organization management, spam and account security, and the deliverability layer are built and tested. We are opening the service gradually with pilot organizations.
Create your account, connect your domain and set up your first mailbox. No card needed for the trial.
