Privacy policy

• Messages in mailboxes belong to organizations and their users; we process them only to provide the service.
• The platform team does not read message content; support access is limited to metadata.
• We don't sell personal data or use it for ad targeting; we don't scan messages for advertising or model training.
• Card details never reach Mühür Mail; they are entered on the payment institution's secure page.
• Analytics cookies run only if you consent.

The name, email and phone you give when you open an account; subscription and billing details for your organization; login and activity records created while you use the service; and the messages you send us.

When your organization opens mailboxes in Mühür Mail, the messages received by and sent from these mailboxes, their attachments and delivery records are also stored in Mühür Mail. The data controller for these records is the organization concerned. The detailed list is in the KVKK privacy notice.

• To open your account, verify you and keep your session secure.
• To run the dashboard, the mail service and notifications.
• To manage the subscription and issue receipts.
• To answer your support requests.
• To prevent spam and misuse, find bugs and improve the service; aggregate data that doesn't identify individuals is used for these measurements.
• For product news and campaigns, if you consented.

Messages, attachments and mailbox settings are stored on behalf of your organization and processed only to provide the email service. Spam and virus checks are automated; no person reads messages during these checks. When providing support, the platform team only looks at metadata (for example delivery status, date, size); any review that needs content is done only with your explicit permission and is logged.

The Mühür Mail subscription is paid on the web through iyzico (or Stripe, if the foreign card option is on). Card details stay with these institutions; Mühür Mail doesn't see or store the card number.

To answer your question, the assistant looks only at records you can see with your own permissions. To generate the reply, your question and the necessary records are sent to an AI language model service. Message content is never sent to the assistant or the model without your organization's explicit permission. The assistant asks for your approval before sending or saving anything, and every approved action is logged.

The assistant's replies may contain errors. Check the source record before making important decisions.

SMS sent on behalf of your organization go out from the organization's own SMS provider account. You can withdraw the consent you gave for Mühür Mail's commercial messages at any time. Mandatory notifications about security, your account and the service are sent regardless of these preferences.

Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored irreversibly, team members are authorized by role, and important actions are written to the activity history.

You can delete your account in the account settings in the app. When a subscription ends, the organization's records aren't deleted; the management dashboard becomes read-only. When an organization is deleted or the organization requests it, the records are deleted or anonymized, subject to statutory retention obligations.
