Mühür Mail is an email service that hosts organizations' email addresses on their own domains, with webmail and standard IMAP/SMTP access.
What we do
We bring together what you need to use email on your own domain in one service: domain connection and DNS setup, mailboxes, aliases and groups, webmail, spam protection and deliverability. The iOS and Android app is in development.
We don't hand out addresses
Mühür Mail has no free accounts on a platform domain; every mailbox is opened on a domain you have proven you own. Your domain and DNS stay where they are.
Your messages are yours
Message content belongs to organizations and their users; the platform team does not read mail content. Support access is limited to metadata; any review that needs content is done only with the user's explicit permission and is logged.
Where we are today
Mühür Mail is preparing for its pilot. The mail engine, webmail, the domain setup wizard (including Cloudflare), organization management, spam and account security, and the deliverability layer are built and tested. Next comes taking the infrastructure live and opening gradually with pilot organizations; the mobile app and Mühür Assistant follow.
