Distance sales agreement

Seller (the "Seller"):

Buyer (the "Buyer"): the natural or legal person who buys a Mühür Mail subscription on muhurmail.com and declares, at the payment step, their full name or business name, Turkish ID or tax number, address, email and phone.

In accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, this agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the Mühür Mail subscription the Buyer purchases electronically. The pre-contract information form presented to the Buyer before the purchase is an integral part of this agreement.

• Service: access to the Mühür Mail email service and management dashboard on the web and through the mobile app, according to the chosen plan. The plan limits (team members, monthly assistant messages; with the mail service, mailbox, storage and sending limits) are stated in the order summary.
• Term: monthly or yearly; renews with the same plan at the end of the period unless canceled.
• Fee: VAT is added to the price excluding VAT shown at the time of the order; the total including taxes is shown at the payment step.
• Payment: in advance by credit or debit card through iyzico; renewals are charged automatically to the saved card. Card details never reach the Seller.
• Receipt and invoice: a receipt is created in the dashboard for each payment; the invoice is issued according to the billing details the Buyer declares.

Once the payment is confirmed, the chosen plan is activated in the Buyer's organization immediately; there is no separate delivery.

• The Seller provides the service with the features stated in the pre-contract information form and the terms of use.
• The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the billing details and the security of the account, and uses the service in line with the terms of use.
• As the data controller of the records it enters and of the data of its mailbox users and the people it corresponds with, the Buyer complies with personal data protection legislation.

The service is performed instantly in electronic form once the payment is confirmed. Under Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-(ğ) and (h), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the Buyer approves at the payment step that performance begins immediately.

• The Buyer can cancel the subscription at any time in the plan settings in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the service stays available until then and no new payment is taken.
• No refund is given for a used or started period.
• When the plan is changed, the new plan starts a new period as soon as the payment is approved and the new plan's period fee is charged; no cash refund is given for the unused days of the previous plan.
• When the subscription ends, records aren't deleted; the management dashboard becomes read-only.

The Buyer's personal data is processed under the KVKK privacy notice and the privacy policy.

Complaints are sent to info@muhurmail.com. A Buyer who is a consumer may apply to consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits set by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts above these limits.

The Buyer approves this agreement electronically at the payment step; the agreement enters into force once the payment is confirmed.
