Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
A new organization account starts with a 30-day free trial. During the trial the Professional plan's limits apply, while daily sending starts with a lower limit. No card is required.
Do I need to move my domain?
No. Your domain and DNS stay where they are; Mühür Mail does not take over your name servers. The setup wizard shows the records to add at your DNS provider; if you use Cloudflare, Mühür Mail adds them with your approval.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
Once you reach a limit you can't add new domains, mailboxes, aliases or groups; existing ones keep working. When the daily sending limit is reached, sending reopens the next day and you keep receiving mail. You can raise a limit by upgrading your plan or writing to us.
Why aren't prices published?
Mühür Mail is preparing for its pilot. We will publish prices once infrastructure costs and feedback from pilot organizations are clear; until then we work by quote. Plan limits on this page are current.
