Thanks to standard protocols, your mailbox is never tied to a single app.
Your phone's mail app
iOS Mail, Outlook or any IMAP app: copy the server settings from the Devices step of the setup wizard.
Apple configuration profile
Download and open the profile on iPhone, iPad and Mac; you're asked for your password during setup.
Webmail in the browser
Webmail opens in a single-column layout in your phone's browser; folders are in a menu that opens from the bottom.
The Mühür Mail app
In development: switching between mailboxes and organizations, push notifications, swipe actions, attachments and undo send.
A secure connection on your phone.
For mailboxes with two-step verification on, mail apps connect with an app password instead of your account password; you can revoke it at any time.
- Incoming mail: IMAP, port 993, SSL/TLS
- Outgoing mail: SMTP, port 465 (SSL/TLS) or 587 (STARTTLS)
- Username: your full email address

When will the Mühür Mail app be released?
The iOS and Android app is in development. We will announce it on this page when it is in the stores; until then you can use your phone's mail app or webmail in the browser.
Will I get new mail notifications on my phone?
Your phone's mail app checks for new mail according to its own settings and notifies you. The Mühür Mail app will have push notifications.
Can I use several mailboxes on my phone?
Yes. Add each mailbox to your mail app as a separate account.
