  • Conversations and search

    Messages are grouped into conversations. Search with filters like from:, has:attachment and before:, and see your terms highlighted in the results.

  • Comfortable writing

    Rich text, recipient suggestions, sending from an alias, signatures and automatic draft saving. Undo a send for up to 30 seconds or schedule it for later.

  • Rules and auto-reply

    Rules that move, label or forward incoming mail; automatic replies and forwarding to a verified address.

  • Safe reading

    HTML mail opens in an isolated frame; remote images and tracking pixels don't load until you allow them. Sender verification is shown at the top of the message.

Can I keep using Outlook or Apple Mail?

Yes. Every mailbox connects to standard mail apps over IMAP (993) and SMTP (465 or 587). Thunderbird and Outlook find the settings on their own; a configuration profile is available for iPhone, iPad and Mac. With two-step verification on, you use an app password.

Can I undo a message I sent?

After you press Send, the message waits for the time you chose in settings (up to 30 seconds); undo it in that window and it goes back to drafts. You can also schedule a message for a later date and time.

Is there an attachment size limit?

Your organization's admin sets the message size limit, attachments included; the default is 25 MB. For larger files we recommend sending a sharing link.
