Frequently asked questions
Can I manage more than one organization?
Yes. One person can hold different roles in several organizations and switches between them with the selector at the top of the dashboard.
What happens to the mailbox of someone who leaves?
You suspend the mailbox and sign out its sessions; messages are not deleted. If needed, you give another colleague access to it.
Can an admin read my messages?
The admin dashboard doesn't show message content. Actions an admin takes on mailboxes, such as resetting a password, are written to the audit log.
