Ready for pilot

Make sure your mail reaches the inbox.

Every message is signed with your domain's key, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC aligned. The setup wizard prepares the records for you and checks them against your provider's name server.

We don't promise a delivery rate; we will measure results with real mailbox providers during the pilot.

DMARC policy steps: none, quarantine (current), reject

Reputation is earned in the details.

The authentication large providers require from high-volume senders is the default on every domain, whatever your volume.

  • Identity

The DKIM key is delegated with a CNAME, so it is rotated regularly without touching your DNS. SPF is merged with your existing record.

  • DMARC step by step

DMARC starts at p=none. Aggregate reports show who sends on behalf of your domain, and the dashboard suggests the quarantine and reject steps.

  • Encrypted delivery

Outgoing connections use TLS, and the recipient's MTA-STS policy is read and enforced. MTA-STS and TLS-RPT records are set up for your domain too.

  • A clean list

Addresses that fail permanently go on a suppression list, and provider complaints are processed. Group and list messages carry a one-click unsubscribe header.

Your sending is monitored.

Outgoing mail is scanned for spam and viruses, with rate limits per mailbox and per organization. A compromised account shows up as a sudden spike or high bounces; sending pauses on its own and you are alerted.

  • Record checks ask your provider's authoritative name server, not a cache
  • Warnings for a second, conflicting SPF and for SPF over the 10-lookup limit
  • SRS and ARC when forwarding to outside addresses: SPF and DMARC results are preserved
  • Bounced addresses and the suppression list in the admin dashboard
  • DMARC and TLS-RPT reports summarized per domain
  • New sending IPs start on a warm-up schedule

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee my mail won't land in spam?

No, nobody can guarantee that. The recipient provider's decision depends on content, the recipient's history and sender reputation. We put the technical foundation fully in place: aligned identity, encrypted delivery, monitored sending IPs and limits against abuse.

Do I have to add the DNS records myself?

If you use Cloudflare, Mühür Mail adds the records with your approval and leaves every other record alone. With other providers, a copyable table and a guide for your provider walk you through it.

Can I send bulk newsletters?

Mühür Mail is for person-to-person and business correspondence; bulk marketing is limited by the acceptable use policy. That is why your plan has a daily sending limit.
