Set up your Mühür Mail mailbox in iPhone and iPad

The easiest way is a configuration profile. Open webmail in Safari on your iPhone and download the Apple profile under Settings > Devices and connection. Then tap Profile Downloaded in the Settings app and install it; you are asked for your password during setup.

Enter these if the app can't find the settings on its own.

Outgoing mail also needs authentication, with the same username and password.

Settings for your own address are in webmail under Settings > Devices and connection. If the server name there differs from the one here, use that one.

1. 1Open mail accounts in Settings (on iOS 18 and later Settings > Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts; on earlier versions Settings > Mail > Accounts) and tap Add Account.
2. 2Choose Other, then Add Mail Account.
3. 3Enter your name, email address, password or app password and a description, then tap Next.
4. 4Choose IMAP; for the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server, enter mail.muhurmail.com as the host name and your full email address as the username.
5. 5Tap Next and, once verification finishes, tap Save.

If your organization requires two-step verification, or your mailbox requires app passwords, your mailbox password won't work in email apps. Create a separate password for each app in webmail under Settings > App passwords and enter it in the password field. If you lose a device, you revoke only its password.

• A profile can only be installed when it is downloaded with Safari.
• If sending fails, check that SSL is on and the port is 465 in the account's outgoing mail server settings.
