What makes an agency's work easier.
Fast setup, calm support, clear responsibility.
Fast setup
If the client uses Cloudflare, records are added with approval through a token that can edit only that domain's DNS; other providers get a copyable table and a guide.
Separate roles
You become an admin or helpdesk member in the client's organization. Helpdesk can reset passwords and set quotas, but can't access message content.
Moving mail
Import messages from the client's old hosting mail over IMAP and switch the MX record last.

Frequently asked questions
Can I manage several clients from one account?
Yes. Each client is a separate organization; you hold a role in each and switch with the selector at the top of the dashboard. Plans and billing are separate for each organization.
Can I see my client's messages?
No. Admin and helpdesk roles don't see message content; only the mailbox owner and the people they grant access read the messages.
